About Us
Harold Chadwick opened the doors of 'The Pinch Of Sugar' in 1994.
Over the past 12 years it has developed into a very successfull
business supplying everything for the art of cake decorating.
Whilst working as a chef, Harold became interested in cake decorating.
It was not long before Harold's hobby began to spread into a full
time occupation. He then travelled to the Richmont School in Switzerland
to study Marzipan and Chocolate Work.
Harold has been awarded many gold medals for his work and has
worked as a lecturer at Stoke on Trent College, sharing his vast
knowledge in all aspects of Cake Decorating, Marzipan and Chocolate
Work.
